PRENSA ESPAÑOLA
One of the course objectives in FLSP-461 is to better understand contemporary Spanish politics and government. Here you can see our young bibliophiles gaining appreciation for yet another medium of Spanish narrative (PS: that's El País that they're reading).
FIESTA DE BIENVENIDA
ESTO (Español en Toledo) hosted a very nice opening ceremony for the foreign languages programs that it coordinates every summer. Here are a few shots from the event. You will even see pictures of some of the 'realeza académica' of the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha.

CORPUS CHRISTI
We were lucky to arrive just at the start of the Corpus Christi festival in Toledo. Here you can see some of the entertainment that was provided. You'll see also some pictures of the Consurso de patios toledanos.
¡BIENVENIDOS!
Welcome to NIU in Toledo, Spain! Our 19 students arrived safe and sound on June 19, as did their luggage, so we knew that we were off to a good start. You can check out here pictures from the first days, including some shots of what the classrooms at the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha look like. Feel free to leave comments and be sure to stay tuned this summer for updates on our Language and Culture program! (PS: These are pictures of FLSP-311 with Henar Pérez.)
